Any PVD or DLC service in S'pore?

I am thinking of PVD or DLC my pam111... vaguely remember one shop in Bencoolen? Can any bros here confirm whether still possible?

takes >1 month... too ex. And better not DLC/PVD your pam.
Reason... warranty voided, even if original warranty was over, in future any problems with your watch, Richmont like rolex will not repair it, they require you to change back casing in this case you do not have and need to buy a replacement case costing......>$2000!!!!

Is the cost of PVD/DLC so expensive? I can't give myself any reason to do it if its above $1k. Can get myself new original leather strap and deployment buckle.
