Hi bro, too long never go there because corundum glass very expensive so try very hard to be careful.

Think it is without GST. Anyway, I remember that they don't just change the glass for free. I was billed for a servicing fee, because the warranty expired. Includes polishing too.

Best is for our bro to go down personally(don't call) and give us the latest update.

Another newbie question ... anywhere else that can change the glass other than the BIG BRO ? Like for Rolex, many places (JW, Top Hour) do, but PAM ?

Sorry bro, I do not know of any places that can replace the glass. I have tried Time Will Tell and even they asked me to go back to Richemont.

The glass has a different tint and it is quite obvious for people who have owned pams for some time to tell whether it is original.

I would strongly encourage you to go back to Richemont. Though very expensive.

As mentioned by another bro, $685 before GST!!! Ouch!!!

                        Crystal Glass

                        Hi all,
That means Rolex is reasonable they charge all in $198.00 replacing the Crystal glass, Sub, Sub LV, Yatchmaster etc...That's why I stayed away
from Pam! althought I would love to own one Pam but the service charges puts me off..on hold!

Not only is the pricing fierce but the the service + servicing is not up to standard - if you bring in the more common pieces, they can be quite snooty and act as if they are doing this BIGAR*E favour for you. Also remember to be very specific in your instructions and have everything detailed in your invoice cause you send in your pam for problem A may come back with problem A not rectified and complimentary problems B and C...
Above comment is based on 4 'servicing' experiences, and 4/4 did not leave me feeling much confident in their aftersales services. Hopefully, they have improved.
Having said so, my friends and I still very much appreciate our pams and are always looking forward to the next piece to acquire...resistence is futile .
"Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence,
three times is enemy action and
over 600 is clearly the work of an ancient Sumerian demon or some sh*t
                          ."
