Chanced upon a secondhand DJ 116234 MOP Oyster bracelet at sgd$9400, retail price is about $14xxx. The condition is 9/10, local AD, comes with box and paper. M series. Is it worth it?

I did all the legwork running through all the ADs, best price for brand new pc is about $11.3 K, a difference of $1900, that's why im in dilemma whether to get a brand new pc or pre-owned. The pre-owned pc have not been worn, just kept in box. You mean its possible to get it at a lower price? More than 20% discount?

20% is easy to get...i think ard 21-23% is gd...if u paying cash u might get it...
