  • Single or Double FlipLock Bracelet for Exp II?

    Hi guys,
I was scouting for a pre owned Exp II white dial around bencoolen yesterday.
Found a dealer selling 2 of them, one with single lock bracelet with tritium luminous that 4.2k and another newer piece for $400 more, with double fliplock bracelet, P series. both conditions are similar i would say.

Is it worth getting the older one for $400 less? Would I be able to get the bracelet changed to a double fliplock one at RSC?
Also, all in all, both don't come with box and papers.
Is it even a good buy for either one?

      even without box and papers?
is it normal for watches of such age not to have any?
i'll get it authenticated at RSC anyhow...

anyone knows the price of double flip lock?

With box...4.6k gd price...they can supply u with box at the least...they hav tonnes of them trust me.

It's normal usually for watches more than 10 years old.

It's just me but...just want to ask....you are already buying from a preowned dealer...why bother go authenticate? If u are buying from a seller direct I understand..but dealer? I think not needed. Waste of money actually.,

Brand new Double flip lock? wont cost less than $751..coz that's how much i paid for my new jubilee bracelet

Hmm, that said, are pre owned dealers that trustworthy?
are their licenses at stake, if found to have a non-original piece?

the one at bencoolen offers a buy back scheme as well, but at 80% of the paid price. I feel that's pretty steep, losing 20%. i'd rather sell it direct.
