If I have time, will launch a thread showing you guys step by step taking good pictures, from raw to the end result. No need to have SLR camera or good lens, more important is the creativity and lighting. No need photoshop too, use freeware to sharpen the picture and basic tools to fix the pictures. If you have a SLR and good lens, it's a bonus, but compact digicam can also produce nice pictures, especially those with manual control

Thanks bro, long time no see. I bought that strap for another Sinn, but it doesn't fit well, hence switched it to U1. For U1, red stitching would be awesome. Triton has the red stitching one

Since I have no budget to buy new watches, I only buy straps to give new looks to few of my collection. This strap comes from the same source as the strap for Stowa MO LE, dark brown gator. I pair it with Stowa Flieger Original

Bro, your Mo with blue gator makes me drool. Then your Stowa FO poisoned me deeper with a pair of exotic reptile straps !

Btw Hary , is there any strap changing method whereby there would be any tooling marks or scars left behind on the lug. I realise there will be some small scars left behind no matter how I can avoid ,even with some masking tape on the lug. The springbar does scratch the inner face of the watch lug, isn't it ?

Bro Kermit, long time no talk

for difficult lugs/straps, I always ask ADs's help to change my straps. Some are quite easy to change, some are difficult. If you feel it's too challenging, better bring it to ADs, they have better tools. Changing strap at AD also doesn't give you warranty no scratches, some will give you hairline scratches too.

I have different sizes of 'fork' to change straps. Some spring bars are quite easy to be forked out, some more difficult. Applying masking tape is a must, make sure when you fork the spring bar out, keep pushing the spring until the fork is out, do not let the spring glide out, which could cause some scratches.

But if you don't feel comfortable DIY, just bring to to AD, ask them to be careful.
