Malfunction in movement

Hi all,

Is it common for brand new rollie to have synchronising malfunction of the hour and mins hand. Meaning, if i wanna adjust to 6pm, the hour hand pointing at 6 but the mins hand will not point at 12 but pointing 3 -5 mins off 12 whereas it should be hour hand point at 6 and min hand point at 12.

Is this very serious problem?

Anyone can advise??

from what i heard,its a rare pieces...........there are collector who will pay high price for it.....
