    another to consider, Oris..also 1000m.
    Reference: 01 733 7541 7154-07 8 24 70PEB

Case: Multi-piece titanium case, minutes scale top ring
Dial: Black dial printed wave structure
Strap/Bracelet: Multi-piece Titanium metal bracelet, security folding clasp with extension
Operating Devices: Titanium screw-in security crown and Helium valve
    Water Resistance: 100 bar (1000 m, 3300 ft)

also avail in rubber strap, think after discount, both under $2K

    ------

this one dunno the price... but it's 2000 M !!!!!!!!!!!

Limited in number. But not in scope
Water-resistant to an amazing 2000 m, this watch takes High-Mech to new extremes. And it’s excellently equipped to go there - its security features include an unidirectional rotating bezel, strongly luminous display, thick sapphire crystal, and titanium case with helium valve. A watch for breaking records.

actually i also confuse, with those depth thing. but as a guide hor, surface swimming with those 100m resist watch loh. maybe need a 300 or 500m for normal leisure diving loh ( which actually seldom exceed 30m depth). i think maybe 1000 or 2000m is must for those commercial diver which exceed 100m depth ).

cos website or individual watch company giv diff spec or useage .. hahaa
i think best bet will be eg. watch resistance 300m thn divide by 10 ... should be quite safe. thn anything less than 100m, try not to swim swim with it.

below 3 table, all show diff.
