I considered both and bought the GMT master-II w/ black bezel.
It's fantastic!
And today, i received the Invicta 8926c which are also reviewed in the reference pages

Now that I've had both for one day,
don't believe what rolex reference pages says.
The invicta is great value... but it's nowhere near a rolex. The miyota winding is noisy... there is play in the links of the band (so lower manufacturing tolerances required = cheaper) ... the end-links have more play than the rolex ones... so they jangle when you shake your wrist...
well, it is 50% of the watch for 3% of the price... can't complain I suppose.
but I have been spoilt by my GMT-II.Comment
