  • My 312 and straps

Finally got my 312 abt 2 wks back, and started playing with aftermarket straps. Thanks to bro Darren (79ers) and bro Miki (ryuden), who sold me their straps at a wonderful price, I managed to rotate with the oem strap to give this beautiful watch even more character. More straps have been ordered for different looks and feel as I write, but here's what I have at the moment:

I deliberately turned the keeper the other way to enjoy the nice stitching:

The wait for the new straps got a bit long and along came this preowned Ted Su's Baby Hornback Croc which I got at a great price.......

I got to say this strap is really quality stuff, cos it so amazingly soft and supple and wears so perfectly on my wrist. SanDave's calf felt stiffer but its really apples and oranges here. Ted's elegant while sandave's a cowboy. Now i have specific straps for different occasions.....more to come, but first, some pics of Ted's croc:

On the day I collected the Ted Su, I opened my mail box and found SanDave's mail with my vintage dark blue croc strap. As it did not come with a buckle, I had to wait for my Heroics to arrive as I ordered it with a PVD pig buckle. Think it should look gd with the vintage dark blue colour scheme......

      My strap collection so far:

SanDave Calf, Ted Su croc and OEM gator

Nice yellow stitching to contrast with the blue:

Thanks for reading, will update this thread once the rest of the stuff arrives!! Cheers!!

Nice variety of straps u've got.

Wonder it is normal for PAM owner to get so many pair of "shoes" for their PAM?

                          Thanks for your compliment.

As the the shoes, I have seen quite a few other pam owners with plenty of shoes for their pams while there is also another friend of mine who could not care less for another strap unless the original's broken. Different strokes for different folkes I guess
