  • Is your manual winding speedmaster keeping accurate time?

    Hi all,

My 4-year-old manual winding moonwatch is running faster by abt 30 sec a day. Wonder what the experience is for those of you who own a cal 1861 manual winding speedmaster?

Is +/- 30 sec normal and acceptable for non-chronometer mechanical watches?

    Thanks for sharing your experience
Watches are like potato chips - You never stop at one

Never political, seldom diplomatic, always honest

Don't own a Cal 1861 but think +/- 30 sec/day sounds excessive ... may be time to send your watch in for servicing ...
