      Thanks for the info...I think I've seen this before. But I think the info there is quite general though...

      Personally...I am like the traditional Rolex owners,watch no problem don't need to service,want to kick start the watch just give it a little shake and off we go. I dun really care about the windings. But hey...so far this theory has been working well..nothing seems wrong with my vintage pieces man.
