How much did u pay for ur Azimuth Jagdbomber? Is it fitted with sapphire crystal? I was quoted about S$2450 but fitted with hard mineral crystal.I thought that the jagdbomber was the only one fitted with a flat sapphire crystal on 6497 swiss unitas movements..?What does the full packagel like?

Hi Jay,

The Jagdbomber is fitted with a sapphire crystal, both front and back. the earlier bombardier models had mineral glass fitted.

the package includes an extra strap (color of the strap is quite random, can be black or various shades of brwon), a leather flap that goes between ur wrist and the watch and a strap changing tool.

where were u quoted $2450? tats the recommemded retail price, i don't know of any local shops that have a new one in stock, if there is, it's probably the last one.

there is this webbie that's based in KL tat has it in stock, retailing about USD1200 excluding shipping...

Was quoted from the Azimuth boutique at UOB raffles place. I think it is one of the earlier jagdbomber because the sales person said she just took it out from the "safe". I guess this may be the earlier version which had the hard mineral crystal. New watch but old stock? She said she only have this 1 piece left. I have this "gene" whereby I always get the last piece for which ever things I like.. *sigh*
