  • R.X.W Ken Trading.

"KEN TRADING BRAIN" brand "R-X-W"y. "R" repersents "Rock," "X" is for "Excel," "W" means "Watch, and Solid as strong. That is "The watch stronger than rock."

    Here is their website: http://www.rockxwatch.com/
    and maybe in english?: http://www.rockxwatch.com/eng/

http://www.southerncross-time.com/ About Ken Trading in Japan..

Most people are familiar with the RXW Marina Militaire "Homage" that was made in Japan..
    http://www.rockxwatch.com/eng/marina.html

Here is a page in Japanese - shows ken in his shop - and some neat watches he makes:
    http://www.watchbus.com/modules.php?nam ... le&sid=163

The RXW was withdrawn from the market - prompted by legal pressure from Richmont Group..
it was a super watch that sold for under a thousand USD - these watches now bring up to $2000 and more..

The links you posted are old and doesn't work anymore unfortunately, not sure what happened to this company. They certainly can do more to build their brand. I suppose that it must be difficult to survive being an independent watchmaker, and especially if you are not part of the Swiss establishment.

Nevertheless, RXW to this day is most famous for their MM20, much has already been written about this excellent homage amongst watch lovers. Below is a link to the owner's(Ken Sato's) inspiration for this RXW model.

Lastly, if you had a chance to own one of RXW's watches, you will see that they are all well made and come well packaged. If you are not a 'brand whore' i think you will find the products value for money imho.
