No stock in HK liao, seller is now offering for S$2K. Singapore only allocated for 44 pcs. I went to book one pc from the local agent, arrival date will be Dec 07. I was told and shown in their computer system, current available stock for booking, bal 5.

Got future......and after all it is quite affordable NOW

Think the brand is also sold by Red Army Watches...

I got interested in the poljot brand when I spotted this guy wearing a very nice piece (pilot style, light blue second hands, date at 12 or below 12, chronos and gmt or world time bezel) on a nice leather strap...

Should have just talked to the guy and find out more...because i never found that model or saw it again...

Dun like the model at Red Army tho, find them abit like toy watches, but expensive toys!!!

i went to the outlet at international plaza. very nice pieces but somehow just doesn't seem to float my boat. the torubillon eagle was abt 6k.

poljot actually have a cult following. I got my first Poljot watch in 2005, a manual winding wrist watch with mechanical alarm. Its limited edition of 999pcs... Mine was no. 007
According to the young indonesia boss, who is a watch collector himself as well as enthusiaist, Poljot / russsian movements are very popular, some are actually used in Swiss watches... Dun flame me hor.. Cos tis is wat i've heard from him.

Bought mine for pure novelty but am also attracted by the design. Some of their designs are quite loud while some boring..., so it may appeal to some, while not others. do especially check out their aviator. My advice is to go to MW branch better, cos the boss is there most of the time.

Of all their watches the only one that I like is still the one that I saw on a guy on the MRT. Thereafter all just not quite my thing.

Russian movements are interesting, from what i understand, they are said to be cruder and less consistent, but the good ones are really good.

can you believe that yr last statement was exactly what a watch dealer told me as well?

from i learnt from WUS forums, some russian watches actually use chinese seagull movement, not sure if there's any truth in it but can read more from WUS if anyone's interested. Not trying to offend any russian watch lovers though.
