Hi all,

got a question if anyone knows if there are any companies in Singapore providing aftermarket AR coating for watch crystals. I've got a scratch on the double sided AR coating of my crystal and though I know its just aesthetics, its an eyesore and want to get the crystal recoated.

Any suggestions? If not off it is to the States.

Another question, I know that aftermarket PVD coating can be done in Singapore, I saw another guy post on a watch forum that he did do it in Singapore. just that I can't find that post no more to ask. So seeing if anyone knows here. Got a few "project" watches I'd love to get PVD coated.

Hi friends, I've just acquired a piece of rolex, its the deepsea.
Is there any one know that there is such service that is being provided in singapore? to coat that thick crystal in AR?

What is AR?

it is anti reflection coating.
Those that is on some tag heuer/omega, purple and dark blue in color.
it makes the crystal dissappear.

not sure but the lady at omega service centre informed me that bracelet and crystal not covered under warranty. best to leave it alone until wty over.
