I had taken manuka honey and i really didn't like the flavour and smell..i feel normal honey works better and taste better

You guys can try iherb. That is where i usually get my honey.
I find the prices of honey in singapore is wayyyy to expensive.
The prices are much more reasonable and they have a wide range as well.

I used the api brand manuka honey from NZ. Bought it from a small store in PPC, CHINATOWN. heard stories about the fakes etc. But the shop seemed reputed.
On the benefits, need to be careful not a expect a lot. depending on UMF properties, the honey has antibacterial properties...but for those trying to lose weight , the calories might be a consideration.
