been using vibram elx for 6 months. no injuries so far.

to me, less stress to my knees but on calves and thighs

as regards to fyf socks, review is that not suitable for normal running, will have holes after 30 or so km on toads. probably good for stafium tracks and such, so barefoot friend is not recommending.

look out for skinner socks which is supposedly better but would presume not as lasting as vibram for normal road and trail running

Read about this barefoot running online few years back.

Do we have a community in Singapore with this belief? It is actually scientifically proven. Humans (just like all animals) had the power and adaptability to adjust and adapt. As such, barefoot running should be the "true" form.

However, no doubt, we need to start slow with barefoot running and all as everyones' adaptability is different and one should never do it hastily.
