    been using vibram elx for 6 months. no injuries so far.

    to me, less stress to my knees but on calves and thighs

    as regards to fyf socks, review is that not suitable for normal running, will have holes after 30 or so km on toads. probably good for stafium tracks and such, so barefoot friend is not recommending.

    look out for skinner socks which is supposedly better but would presume not as lasting as vibram for normal road and trail running
