Prefer samsung. As i use multiple devices and computers so transferring files is just plug&play using a cable. Where i don't like the idea of automation. Too many duplicates...

just sold off my samsung S5.
seem samsung got a low resale price compared to apple.

switch to apple for the following reasons.
1) icloud can link directly to my imac,photos i took is directly transfer to icloud.
previously using samsung,must alway use email to transfer.troublesome.

2 apple product seem to last longer. I still got my first generation ipad and it is still working well.

iphone beats samsung hands down!

I have used both iphones & Samsungs over the years & for me, I will never go back to Samsung again.
Biggest reason is that Samsung is way too buggy, laggy & more prone to hanging.
Apple control their apps & app store well, unlike Samsung hence there is much less chance for an iphone to get infected.

Had used both iPhone n both Samsung. Samsung works pretty well when it is new.... My s4 starts having problems after 9 months similarly for my tab.... I have now switched back to iPhone n iPad which is far more reliable n user friendly. If I want to go back to android it is cheaper to use a xiaomi.
