Bro Loiusoh! you should go to pharmacy and get the "concentrated Tea Tree Oil". it is very very expensive but really help to solve the itchiness. Got sandflies bite before and this really help.
For immediate relief, you can pour hot water in a bucket and then dipped a few drop of the concentrated oil into it and soak your leg in it for 10 minutes ( make sure temp is comfortable for you). After that, dry the leg and apply the concentrated tea tree oil onto the bite area with cottom bud. It will definitely help to relieve it. Enjoy the itchiness of your lifetime. Btw, looking at the photo, the bite area is about to volcano in a few days time ( that is the most itch period )
