never really fish alot this 1 month.

mon - AP 4x ak.
wed - event 1x twn .. NNB

tried prp event pond on tues nite, not too bad. 60 for 3 hrs.

total 3 ppl
18 pcs of chor, kim, ak ( less thn 2 kgs - can bring home if u wnt ).
7 pcs of big kim, gpa, chor ( more thn 2kg got to release bck, most at 3 - 5kgs )

AP, wnt there fish 1 hr, chabot leow. kanna 1 kim, 1 ak.

OS, local night. kanna 1 baby gpa, and 1 small gelama ... NNB

TJ, wnt there yesterdat nite with kids, got 2 kim

wht abt manado ?

most surf upon basically more for dive, but i believe sure got some nice spot for fishing too

i go with wife & kids, no see chick lah, see leow, i eye balls pop... thn my wife gv me balla drop...hehee

Manado is nice place to visit and like you mentioned is popular with divers. I think you can consider staying at Manado mainland as it offers you more alternatives in terms of activities(shopping, sighting seeing, etc). I stayed with Minahasa when i was there on a dive trip. The place is alright but i think maybe its gonna be boring for families. I recommend you check out those really nice resorts bro ($$ no issue for you mah)! As for fishing, you probably need to surf to web for contacts. I have friends who used to fish at Bunaken National Park donkey years ago, lotsa yellowfins man!!

I think it is also monsoon + typhoon season in Cebu area during year end. I was at Malapascua (island at northern cebu) Dec 06, just missed Typhoon Durian (iirc) by 1 day.

Do check the weather again, i maybe wrong. Cebu not bad actually, then there are also the usual dive destinations with Jap/Korean chicks. Haha

nearby 1... been to Phuket,Bali,Langkawi,Bintan,Batam,samui, lombok, tioman etc etc leow.

was thinking of going phuket, ask louis for some info, wanna thosse villa with kitchen. but need at least a 2 - 3 bedrm villa ... but my wife not in fav of phuket

bali also can consider. my wife like samui, cos, among those nearby 1s, samui nice beach, water clear. but i say monsoon.

was trying to find out more abt cebu... u know any info ? now go izzit season ?

last option, go perth, cheaper A$ .. can consider.

Your dec/jan OS trip is to where one?

Holiday and fish ah... Bangkok liao lor... Easiest to run away for short fishing trip while on holiday. Phuket/Bali/Langkawi/Bintan/Batam/etc also can, beach resort, fishing charter around. I guess most of the beach resort area do offers some opportunity for fishing. Oh yeah, can try Koh Plangah, near Koh Samui. Fullmoon day can catch other "fish". Haha

was looking for slot for begin nov, go relax ( after 2wks without maid ). most frd cannot go, cos some go holiday, some yr end work cannot....i maybe join avail open slot.

dec/ jan might hv OS trip. wave down during certain time pocket, capt call, we go..., but gonna be very last min. but usually fishing ok..

Tell me about it man, its 23 days to be exact. Super pui cao nua. My CO gladly volunteered the unit to support 2 frame of exercise in wallaby. MC unlikely to work unless something really serious.

Year end usually like that lor, bobian. Holiday or work... For me, its WORK!! My project going live during end of the year.
