    Ok. I can source for the location... NP!! But like what I've shared with you guys, the place I've found / recommended is pretty cool! Centralise? DEFINITELY!!!

    Let me check on the fact that the location is FOC if we CATER their food... (GREAT MIX right?) That time I used the facility was last Sep-07.
    That will free up funds for other expenses.. (Maybe can request to the facility manager to allow us to bring EXTRA delicacies and drinks etc...

    For food, we can be quite flexible. More $, we cater more and better. Less $, we do with cheaper options

    I would prefer to collect before,so that people dun fly aeroplane. Err...then how much would depends on the location and the expenses
