they must also wait not everytime i go got purchase... , but goes to show that those SA/SE must not always ignore people, even those who come in, should treat with respect and talk to them. Like my old man, he go to AD once, wearing work pants and shirt, and the fella at THG NAC also attend to us, because he know that although we may not "look" the part, we come looking for that watch and prepared to buy,provided price/stock is good

A good salesperson should never judge a customer by what he wear or his age. Once, i went to dickson at suntec looking at watches with my gf, there isn't any customer but i think got 5 SE. One of the SE, with brown tinted hair and wear a rolex, talked like ah beng.

even my gf was turn off completely by his attitude.

we just walk away.

actually, it is not the AD but the SE/SA who might not leave a good impression. hence, can always go back to the AD but different SE/SA

I think from now on muz listen to u 2 liao..haha. Well reason I got it that time was firstly, I wanted to reward myself mah that day...so buy la...in a way on impulse but haha I like it though. But THG would always be my first choice if they carry the brand that I want,for personal reasons.

depend, if other people have same product and good price, a little bit more expensive, i dont mind paying abit more, somemore i enquire about the piece and act as if i going to buy, then i buy elsewhere and rub it in their faces .... then tell them that i buy from other people because your CS is sh*t!

I don't like NAC THG because once I went in and ask the price of explorer2 they gave me the list price and when I ask for discount they say no.
