Perhaps those in the anniversary committee shld come along to do some prelim planning and discussion, since we don't have much time?

We can identify key sub-committees, and let the sub-committees work on their respective areas before meeting up maybe once every 2 weeks to update on progress?

How's the attendance so far? Doesn't look very encouraging...

Is 1900hrs a bit too early since some of us work beyond 6.

Perhaps 2000hrs will be a better time so that there's no need to rush?
