if the local AD willing to give a discount on rolex instead of asking premium, thn of cos PI cannnot compete lah. .. i will not buy from PI if it's only 200 to 400 diff on a rolex. But given 1 - 1.5k, of cos buy frm PI or overseas loh.

where these PI rolex comes from ? most also come from hk / jp etc. how come leh, i also dunno, rolex pricing should be +/- abt the same leh

this is because come from overseas, is consider tiao lau price. local AD, cannot match one because of costing involved.

take for example the ML watch bought recently, how can they give more than 50% discount?

why is it that PI import watch will cost cheaper? same principle as PI cars.

Diff customer, diff status, so naturally, diff treatment. Triton, u may b their BIG customer? No one knows la. I was oso quoted list prices at THG(taka) until I got to knw a gd friend who worked there. There u go, diff treatment liao. Then I went to WP(lucky Plaza). No need much treatment, I was given discount straightaway. Glad tat happened.

Is there any special book or database of names for the waiting list in ADs? How many salesperson will work for more than 5 years? BTW, I think, think only huh, the salesperson will throw away your name once you walk out of the shop...

but hor, it's pretty ture for ang mo places, i hv heard of it ( selling at list but wait loh )... my frd got 1 in america at list also leh... maybe he watch siow, buy alot of ex 1s, so maybe chin chye chin chye give him a 'sweet' ... hahahha
