Do you think Singapore taxi are too colorful?
There are red, blue (many different blues), yellow, yellow top black body, purplish-pink, etc...
In other countries, taxi comes in a single color and I find that easier for local and tourist to spot taxi on road...

I dun mind if they are too colorful.... but they are too DAMN EX

Took from airport to punggol and then to my home at jurong after midnight... it costs $52.00 ... WTF...

Took Taxis in BKK recently and it's $35 Baht when you board and every 'jump' is $2 baht... so most locations you travel to within the city only costs like $2-3 SGD...

Yes, you are right. Singapore is still cheaper when compared with places like OZ, HK, JP, etc... of course you want to compare with Big cities and not with places like indo, thai, etc...
