Still in Japan, went to the Isetan AD, 116610LV priced at 777,000.00 yen and tax rebate of 4% instead of 5% cause the sales gal told me that 1% is for her commission ... Jackroad price is slightly higher than AD which puzzled me but don't know how many % discount can I get so I think tmr I will just grab the one at the Isetan AD for peace of mind .. Any thoughts ?

Make sure u ask about the warranty card. My friend bought the 116610LN from isetan. They did not give warranty card on the spot but say that rolex japan will mail it to her in sg.

Jpy777k before tax refund is a good price.
