I tell u how to kena more than 30 times a day...once I makan very jialat. Eat almost finish ald go in n out 3 -4 times..by the time finish almost 5-6 times ald. Every meal liddat..then go walk walk every 15-20 mins go toilet,so you can ask me where are all the toilets in Paragon Bangkok...I know 1. That place is HUGE I tell ya. AND LOTS OF NICE CLEAN TOILETS =)

Luckily my uncle most of the time bring me to shopping centre 1...so toilet pretty clean n nice.

Middle of the night wake up also pang...there was 1 time I slp all the way till morning never wake up once...then realise my butt abit wet...then u know wad happen last nite la...
