    aussie different, foreigners pay more fees to subsidise locals..

    in singapore, locals pay more to subsidise FTs..

    even if they are not springboarding to other countries, there is no love, because life here compare to life back home is too good and no incentive to work hard, just laze around and hope to bring their family over at your expense
