How is canon compare to Tamron for macro? I heard Tamron is good, but maybe focus speed is not as fast as Canon and no USM

simply put, its a matter of wheter you die die must use canon lens or you can accept third party lense which can save yous plenty of money..
best bet if possible is to try them out...
there are pros and cons to sigma, tamron, tokina etc
only when you try will you see if the flaws overcome the smaller price tag they can offer you

both Tamron and Sigma Macro are good (much cheaper than the Canon), esp if you are using it to take still object like watches...
