Now the price of Rolex has went up when went to this shop and found they are selling close to 1K cheaper than AD. Was thinking to get a Sub but friend say for peace of mind why not get from local AD. Why those buyer are still crowding at AD and not get at these dealer instead?

if 1 do homewk, u can get sub lv at 8.5k from a local AD.....but must pay full cash la.... can save d time to authenticate and 75bucks.

I got the computer face with 10 bling blings. Retail price per RSC is 10.7K. I checked out at THH and minimum they can go is 8.9K (but must be cash). WA charge me 8280 and can pay by card.
Even the submariner that hubby bought. THH max discount is 8.3K with cash only. WA is around 7.4k for cash.
So you probably got to do your homework and compare. But in our case, yes it is cheaper.

Brought the 2 rollies (BNIB) that we bought from Watch arena last friday to RSC to authenticate.... After checking, the lady at the counter was asking me why did I bring my watch to authenticate as it is very very new. She thought I bought from AD. I told her I got it from Watch Arena. She helped me to compare the price and yes Watch Arena is 1k cheaper.
Watch Arena is like the parallel importer. Same watch just from other countries.
Now I've peace of mind.

Price sure cheaper than AD, if not why ppl go there to buy??? So do your homework before going there. If they asking higher than AD, you offer them lower than AD loh.... need 2 hands to clap in business....

I asked myself, why this guy wanna get from WA and not from a local AD? In that's case, at least, the watch from AD is BN. From such a 2nd hand shop, it's really hard to tell whether the watch is BN or not. Should you plan to get a watch from such shop, one has to thoroughly view the watch's condition. I do trust such shops that the watches they sold are genuine, but whether it's BN or not, hard to tell.

Still can't decide if i should go RSC to verify although got paper. But the good thing about this shop is that you can pay by credit card without the 3% surcharge. So you can earn quite a fair bit of points or even cash-back from the bank.
Did you eventually send your watch to RSC for validation???? We just got 2 brand new rollie from them. One submariner and the other date just with bling bling : )

But seriously... 2-3 pieces at one short, you will be in a strong bargaining position and to start off, their prices are already quite competitive...
