Btw, a friend told me that THG near paragon (not sure that new building is what name) has a wide collection of vintage rolexes on display. All belong to the owner. Got comex and new mans.

Ya. The 5512 is rarer than the 5513. I got it at a price that is over the price of a used Ym or gmt2c. Some people say not worth it but like you say, worth or not is in the eyes of the wearer. For sure, it brings me more smiles than the gmt2c but got many people say siao to even want to wear such an old watch (like my wife)

I sold my AP ROO theme and top up some more to get the 5711. Actually, the fund was meant for Lange but got sidetracked by 5711. Now, back to Lange hunt.

The 5712 has always been a Grail to many. Since you got 2 babies, you need to get 2 pieces to pass to next generation. Ha

agree with u bro. each has his own perspective love n liking for simple or complicated designs . end of the day most important is to love wat u acquired . dun worried over whether the watch will decrease or appreciate later.

ur 5512 very rare leh, checked with few of dealers either no hv or was quoted guite high. since saw ur photo the image been flashing across my head constantly. really beri beri nice. love to own the watch one day.
