BTW it is not every nights but Fri and weekends happens once or twice. i need to work on weekends, so it is frustrated to be waken by them during sleep and i hardly can continue my sleep...

i also call to the sub court, they will let the police do the investigation (about 1-2 mths) then revert to court and both parties settle together with Judge or through the mediation Center, no fee...
