i would like to purchase another watch in 6 months time.

The choices which ive narrowed down would be the

1. Cartier Santos 100 Rubber Bezel
2. IWC Ingenieur (basic version)
3. JLC Reverso Squadra (basic version with white dial)

Any inputs or feedback provided will be greatly appreciated with thanks.

Nice list, each has its own character. Buy a watch that 'speaks' to you. Personally I would pick IWC Ingenieur, but obviously it's not as dressy as Cartier/JLC.

between the 3, my choice will be 2. classic solid feel. resale value is there compared to the cartier and JLC.

cartier will be my last choice as it is deemed a fashion brand watch.

JLC will be after IWC due to its in house movements.
