The ignore user's posts will still appear, just that the content of his posts will be hidden. Meaning we will still see that most threads end by him if we click on new posts.

you can click on new posts to see which threads that have new posts in them.

if you add a user to the ignore list, the ignore user post will not appear.

this way, i believe you can see other members' post
