Indirect Arm Twisting
I think it's the TS' tactic to arm twist the seller, through this forum, to right the wrong the seller did.
ie, "if you don't make good you duty as a seller, I'll expose your identity"

Why is this the case? Well it could be the person who experienced a bad is wary of making a bad rating because there will be endless exchanges. And when the exchanges get pretty hot, one or both may find himself banned from
the forum. So one suggestion to moderators is not to use the iron fist too often.
So nobody know how to give bad rating?

Of course myself is one of them. but luckily I did not give positve ratings to the seller before discovering the defects.
The seller having or not having integrity is totally separate a subject matter, from the buyer not checking the watch properly before payment, just as telling the truth is totally separate a subject matter, from condemning a person.
By telling a simple truth, you are helping many more bros here - We can all handle the truth one lah.
Would you rather save the face of one, than incur the angst of many?
