For me is Bukit Timah Hawker Center.
The Satay Bee Hoon is nice.
There are a few Satay stalls, every stall have their own style.
A big car park is just beside.
And, not too far from my house.

ABC brickwors on Jalan Bukit Merah near IKEA isgreat. Fatty CHeong has awesome duck and char siew

Wow bro, that was a nice summary of nice hawker centre around our sunny island. However, for my person favorite would be chomp chomp in serangoon gardens. Favorite food over there would be BBQ chicken and Hokkien mee
