      Nice cze char place

      There is a cze char shop at Guillemard rd lor 34 which i patronize last wk, the name is Lai Huat Sambal Balacan Fish. Food is excellent i ordered the following signatures :
      1) Of course the sambal fish!
      2) Garlic salted crab
      3) Pigs trotter
      4) herbal chicken

              Twin chefs besides Commonweaith Market ,steam fish head (2 types),Hong Kong style or spicy gravy ,butter ribs,cold cockles
              best ! Prices are reasonable & long waiting time over weekends ,so please be there around 6pm.

                  I would recommend Lai Huat. Food is really good for the money you pay for. Will eat there at least twice a month.

                        2 chef one eating place at commonweatlth.

                        1)golden mushroom with tou fu
                        2)cockle!!
                        3)butter pork ribs( they use milk powder)

                          Keng Eng Kee at bukit merah.(beside alexandra village market)

                          1) Clay pot pork liver( m not a pork liver person, but i fell in love after eating this)
                          2)kang kong with sotong
                          3) Ming Chu Juan(signature dish)
                          4) egg yolk crab

                          best of all!! damn reasonable!!

                                Just tried Blk 3 ,Queen's Road, Integrated Café ,clay pot chicken, salted fish with pork belly in clay pot ,la la , big head, cockles , fried pig spare parts with XO sauce, KL noodles ........pretty good very different ! very different !

                                Other dishes like ginger chicken, sweet & sour pork, pork ribs king, beef hor fan, crispy noodle are great too !

                                chef from Malaysia. So got standard !

                                Price.........................very reasonable too ! Five of us spent $100 plus including drinks .

                                Go check it out yourself !
