If you go JB late at night like i do.
Try KIMDO at sentosa, it has a large crab on the signboard.
Affordable seafood, salted egg crab, roasted pigeon.

There is a nice roast meat stall along the row of shophouses beside KSL mall along Jalan Serigala. The stall have a yellow and red signboard side by side. There are other zi char style dishes like fried tofu and etc.

If you like street food, there're 2 rows of al fresco street food (manage by local street food association, most active aft 5pm) after crossing the road next to City SQ & stretch almost until the police station , it's hidden (I think not many know this place) behind those row of shop houses along Jln Wong Ah Fook.

Good curry fish head to recommend. Long queues are always formed.
