    went to ritz clarton for their buffet recently, they have live oyster, as i am not a oyster lover i just took a piece not bad but the overall buffet is not that fantastic, food is nice but don really impress

    worked at marian mandarin last time they got free flow live oyster with their international/continental buffet quite worth it if u take alot of oyster, as cost price of live oyster is about $2 per piece ba...

    Abalone sashimi DAMN ex leh ! Ate only once at a Japanese restn in Fort Canning, Hibiki....know the Japanese Chef there, Tommy Ueda San.

    Had a fresh abalone air flown from Japan, slice and serve....Heavenly......Of Course the bill was Hell. !!!

    Still remember the taste.....aaaahhh.....drool...

    Actually frozen oysters are not all that bad, just pan sear to cook lightly, enjoy and hope nothings happens.
    I love oysters too but really long for the taste of abalone liver sashimi...heavenly!
