This comedy-drama is an upclose portrayal of trans sex workers on the streets of LA, in a mildly melancholic way yet at the same time, depicting the pride they take in who they are, and the harsh realities they are faced with. The movie title , I guess, refers to the loneliness and pain of these sex workers, and the sub-cultures of America that we seldom see as movie-goers or tourists.

What made this movie work for me, is that it felt authentic. And if some parts of this film makes you feel like you are watching a self-made video on youtube, interestingly, it does, because the entire movie was shot on iphone.

Nice movie, I rate it 8/10
