Exactly, local temp of water from taps is about 20C while it's only 4C there. So even during summer time, they need to switch on heater then can take shower, otherwise it'll be very cold

Other than IT, certain electrical appliances also in demand there. I just exported some water heater into Kaz last week. They're still using the Ariston ones. Those 5l, 10l store water and need wait for hrs before water get hot type. It's just a trial and not sure whether the heaters can work or not, because water temp there and SG totally different...

Lots of things they have that we don't (esp edible things like spices, nuts, tea, etc). Lots of things they need but are either not available or v expensive there (like IT hardwares, electrical applicances, clothes, etc)

Well... This is very true indeed. Even in Singapore, there're families who are v poor and even have difficulties in affording for daily meals. Guess at the end of the day, we have to constantly appreciate, be contended with what we have and lend helping hands to those less fortunates

It's not difficult to convince them. Reason being they still get better lives being mistresses as compared to marrying men from their country. That's why a lot of them actually leave the country to Korea/Singapore, and be mistresses to the men there. I know a few in Singapore who are mistresses to local men here...
