I've used the one in holland village a number of times, and always found the rates good compared to a lot of other places around town. It's only really worth searching if you are exchanging large amounts.

I always on to lucky plaza, named fajar, at lvl one and the other one I cannot remember te name but is at basement one, also by Indian and the shop also sell fabric one.

Went to him a couple times for small amount but Arcade at Raffles Place still offer the most competitive rates. Would suggest to go before 1130am to avoid long queue.

For easties,

Bedok Central, next to Guardian, opposite Shengshiong there, have good rates too

A R J Money Changer at Lot 1 Shopping Mall, Choa Chu Kang. Their rates are competitive and they give you an even better rate if you are changing larger amounts.
