  • Advice for Boston

I'm travelling to Boston next week for work and wanted to get feedback on what would be the thing to do out there (if there is any?)

I've literally got the weekend free

Boston is the historical birthplace of the US. Consider taking the freedom/ independence trail which will show you all the areas where the American revolution first started. It is a unique part of the states and even the accent that is spoken is clearly distinct from the mainstream US accent.

The Harvard university campus is also worthwhile visiting. Take a daytrip to lexington and concord as these are also worthwhile. Autumn or fall would be starting so it is certainly worthwhile to check out the changing of the colours - Acadia national park is a daytrip worthwhile taking. Hope you enjoy lobster and seafood over there.

You will love Boston. You can get lots of info from tripadvisor.com. Navigate to the Boston Forum page and you will have fun planning your trip.

Fun place, as was borne their. Go go Boston Common and Faneuil Hall. If you there for new years, they do a first night with different places to go in the city.
