Hi all, anyone else unable to enter sgroc when using starhub line? I'm encountering this problem and wish to know if it's starhub's fault or mine. I've no problem using a singtel line.

got yourby any chance has your ISP reset your connection? if so, clear your cache and cookies.
sometimes when my ISP detects that i have a stale connection, they will reset my connection; followed by me resetting my modem.[U]Currently wearing[/U]:

Yeah man seems like some problems with starhub. I called them up some time back on, some areas affected I heard...maybe they are upgrading something.

apparently it is affecting one group of starhub users. i cannot advise on it. as there is no restrictions on starhub users. also those who encounter login with starhub account apparently was able to login using another service provider.if you have issues with your account, click here for self help and read forum rules here. 90% of your answers can be found in Forum FAQ
