Sorry to be posting again. But how do we know we have hit 10 posts?

a pm was sent to you requesting that you update your email address because emails sent to you is constantly rejected by your email server.

as such it causes undue stress on the server resources which indirectly causes other members to experience slower access to the forum.

I think it's a good regulation to keep e.g. Rolex Garage spam-free. Same regulation is used by other forums, so it's proven effective.
