Require 10 post to view sales forum, What is your view?

Been in the forum for a while but really frustrating not to be able to view the sale posting picture and pm for contact too.

yes, you have to post to existing threads.

this is because in the past, new registered members want the easy way out by posting new threads which are of repeated content and end up many duplicated threads of same/similar content.

new registered members also posted replies such as up or similar content to threads which has content and other existing members feedback that they had to scroll through pages of posts which has just up.

as such, they suggested that new registered members be only allowed to posts in certain sections and certain threads.

you were directed to read 2 threads, one of which is advisory for members which advises members which sections to post. there is a title heading in red which clearly indicates where user can post replies.

you are not restricted to posting in member's section only.

I can't even clock 10 posts even if I want to bro...

the word is (only) which is in upper case - "non garage sections ( watch gallery, lifestyle/entertainment & members corner ONLY )"

This clause implies that I will not be able to post new threads or reply to existing threads in Garage until I have 10 posts in the specified forums. It does not mention that I will not be able to post new threads or reply to existing threads in any other forum.

If the policy is that new members will only be able to reply to existing threads in those specified forums for their first 10 posts, I didn't get it from reading the above. If there is another relevant clause, I must have missed it. Please point me to it.

By the way I am not here to start a war of words with the admins/mods or question their correctness/authority. I am merely sharing the confusion (and a bit of frustration) that a new member experienced. It would be nice if the next new member doesn't have to experience the same.
