Hahaha! Almost spit out my coffee! Explorer 1 not exactly base hor!!! That said, I wish I had bought an Airking instead of a boy size for my wife, then we can share share, hehehe! Whenever I put on the boy-size, really look like kindergarten kid like that!

haha.. i also got one tudor boy size.. 32mm instead of the rolex 30mm.. but it still looks very small leh.. especially now I am used to wearing big watches like 40-46mm..

hehehehe..i play cheat...i bought my sea fighter 2nd hand...lol...but all parts same as per factory specs since day 1...nothing changed...hehehehe...even the wabi up bezel insert i keep it on....lol...

As for OC watches hor....just let them be lar....see no evil do no evil...lol.....luckily my wife know how to take good care of her explorer and 6694 forum dial...lol....me not so well off yet to afford the high end pieces...hehehehe..so she have to make do with base rolexes...

Haha, thanks Bro Tan! Actually only contemplating to sell IWC Mark XVI, UTC and either a Glashutte Original Type A or Omega Dynamic Limited Edition for now.
My strategy is to slowly wean off. Maybe target to keep 30 pieces first, then, 25 and eventually 20 to finally 15.
But will be damn heart-pain...and in fact, can't decide to keep or clear...that's how poisoned I am, hehe...

Ah, a worn watch is a sign of experience, loyalty and strength in character...and adds credence to certain watches. That's why military and diver's watches could be abit banged up and look even better. Of course, does not apply to all lah. Can't imagine banged up Lange, F.P Journes, Cartiers etc...

Haha, thanks for the recommendation Bro! Yeah, most of my pieces in very good condition, even those that were bought used. Only heart paining moments was when my wife wore my VC and knocked it accidentally at a company function, got very slight dent but that was really painful and when I discovered dent on my Graham. So the lesson I learnt was this, don't spend too much on a large piece, they bang easily and heart will be pain-pain! Smaller pieces safer...
