Average discount now should be about 15-20% now, but it also depends on your relationship with the AD. IWC discounts used to be marginally better 2-3 years ago though only marginally.

Haha, thanks for the recommendation Bro! Yeah, most of my pieces in very good condition, even those that were bought used. Only heart paining moments was when my wife wore my VC and knocked it accidentally at a company function, got very slight dent but that was really painful and when I discovered dent on my Graham. So the lesson I learnt was this, don't spend too much on a large piece, they bang easily and heart will be pain-pain! Smaller pieces safer...

    Hey Bro,
Sorry for my ambiguous post, I meant used piece, not BNIB like yours lah, your asking price is very resonable for a new piece. Got savings and no need to wait for it to be shipped from Germany!

Not to find fault, but Blancpain is not so call traditional as it only "recently<15 years" revived by swatch group. In fact, so is Breguet after swatch bought it from some arab investor or something... Maybe you should shift JLC and Rx as traditional brand as they all more or less have real continueous history and produce almost all their own watch movements.

By the way, how do you get GP, JLC, Zenith and UN that is under $5k? If pre-owned, then the seller must be bleeding hell a lot bloody in the pocket department.

And yes, Laco and stowa watches are really nice.
