Difference between the real 5002 transitional BP and the normal 5002 BP

Guys, i am thinking of getting one of the above and realise the price does vary for the real transitional 5002 vs the normal 5002. Apparently there is a difference in the beat rate (apologies for the terminologies). Difference can be up to 5k!

can someone care to explain?
